Tawzea for Distribution and Logistics participated at the 30th Abu Dhabi International Book Fair 2021, which was held from May 23-29 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center. Tawzea participated as a leading logistical partner for the exhibition and provided many logistical services during its participation in this outstanding event. Featured in the exhibition as a leading provider of integrated logistics solutions; Tawzea provided solutions that are more safe, fast and efficient with the aim of meeting the needs and requirements of distinct exhibitors and visitors.

Tawzea’s participation at Abu Dhabi International Book Fair for this year comes in the framework of its logistical goals, which mainly focuses on being an active partner in the most important international exhibitions that are specialized or relevant to the publishing and distribution sectors. Hence, goes in line with the organization’s efforts to provide innovative integrated solutions in the field of logistical services.

A variety of Tawzea’s logistical services were provided for this year at the exhibition. These services were also allocated to support preventive and precautionary measures, aiming to limit the spread of the emerging coronavirus (Covid-19). A service known as the “helping worker” was allocated to serve the visitors during their shopping time inside the exhibition; multiple kiosks for this service were located at the entrances of the exhibition. At each kiosk, an assistant worker from Tawzea was allocated with a shopping cart to roam with the visitors. Those workers provided a variety of services such as: collecting the visitor’s purchases, sterilizing them, and delivering them to their car. In addition, a delivery service to the visitor’s house or anywhere across all parts of the country according to the visitor’s desire was also provided. This won the appraisal of many visitors and increased their level of satisfaction with Tawzea.

Besides the launch of the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair 2021 virtually on Tawzea’s online platforms which included both the website and application. Tawzea provided many options for virtual visitors which included: obtaining all the publications that were displayed inside the actual exhibition pavilions, shopping virtually, electronic payment for purchases, and finally delivering purchases to the homes of virtual visitors across the country as well.
This whole virtual experience was successful due to Tawzea’s ability to exclusively showcase the latest publications in their electronic library both on the website and application.
